TELEVISION DAYS

Following the debut of his designs being featured in over 11 major publications, he was also the breakout star and finalist on HGTV’s number one all-time hit show “Design Star”.

Combining both his vast knowledge of construction and leading-edge design, Davis went on to be the host of numerous television shows, most recently completing the third season of “Room Crashers” and the Emmy-nominated show “Build Small Live Anywhere!”, airing now on HGTV as its lead energetic host.

Our story

EPIC SPACES

Capitalizing on a unique understanding of the ever-evolving industry, Todd Davis started his own remodeling and landscape architecture firm called “Epic Spaces”.

Over the past 25 years our team not only designed and renovated over 72 different homes throughout California, we have also completed several remodels in just three days, sometimes managing over 26 contractors in one room at a time.

“HANDY DAD”

Davis authored two books, “Handy Dad” and “Handy Dad in the Great Outdoors”, with his first book becoming San Francisco local publisher Chronicle Books’ bestseller.

In his “Handy Dad” book, Todd Davis presents 25 awesome projects for dads to build with their kids. Busy dads can choose projects that range from simple to challenging and take anywhere from five minutes to a full weekend. You can purchase it here.

Stunt Man

Davis is a 30-year Screen Actors Guild member and professional stunt man. He has performed for numerous commercials and major motion pictures such as, Warner Brothers blockbuster hit “Godzilla”.

Guinness Record

Davis is a skydiver/ wingsuiter for which he is a Guinness Book of World Record holder.

Real Estate Past

Todd lives in nearby Fisherman’s Wharf, for over a decade, in his newly renovated historical loft that was previously owned by the world famous Ghirahdelli chocolate family.
